SAMPLE MAKING

With the aid of computer die traces, we are able to make up accurate samples. The customer is then able to get an accurate example of their finished product.

CARTON GLUING AND ASSEMBLY

All gluing and finishing of the converted cartons is done in-house. Not only do we utilise hand gluing machines, but we have the facility to run large volumes at a capacity of +/- 5000 per hour

MOUNTING ONTO CORRUGATED CHIPBOARD AND COREX

With our in-house mounting department, we can accommodate a wide variety of box applications as well as mobiles and posters.

COMPUTER AIDED CARTON AND PACKAGING DESIGN

With the aid of computer generate design, we are able to accurately design dies and die lines for carton converting, print layout and sample making.

DIE MAKING

Once approved by a customer, we are able to make up accurate dies on the premises to help speed up our converting time.

DIE CUTTING

All the converting is done on the premises, with a variety of machinery. On our floor, we are able to convert most boards and paper to the customers specifications. 

FINISHING

We are able to accommodate customer specific finishing needs, which includes windows, eyeleting, stringing posters, press studs, velcro buttons and strips, stringing of mobiles, box assemble, limited ribbon work, collating etc.

TRANSPARENT PACKAGING

Transparent packaging is a very unique form of packaging, initially utilising heat to crease the packaging. We have overcome the huge expense of this heat application, with a novel and unique approach.
